"Ideas worth Spreading"

"TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages."

Students can use this site to research topics for an assignment or look more into topics that interest them.

This site provides information on the basics of the human body. I use this site to teach the 7th graders about the different organ systems, but if you are looking on a fun refresher to the human body this is the site for you.
